The signs are available through an online store at http://www.idlivethere.com/orders/sign_order that has launched to coincide with the availability of the signs.
To continue its commitment to help landlords rent their properties as quickly as possible, idLiveThere.com has designed a lawn sign that stands out when compared to the mass of on street advertising. The full colour, digital printing process that was used in production gives the signs a striking look through deep vibrant colours and a modern design. Each sign is customized with the property's listing ID and the landlord's phone number. In this way, a potential tenant that recognizes the sign on the street is offered a number of options for how to find further information about the property. The signs are excellent for showcasing both apartments for rent and houses for rent.
At launch there are two sizes available, medium and large. The medium sign, perfect for a home, is 16 inches tall by 24 inches wide, it is delivered with a metal step stake, and the total package with ID and phone number customization cots $25. The large sign, great for apartment buildings, is 24 inches tall by 36 inches wide, it is delivered with either a set of two metal step stakes or wooden, mountable stakes. The wooden stakes are the recommended option and the package costs $40.
